Thunderbolt 3 ports are both dead on arrival.
Received for a specific video project, 12 episodes unedited. wanted to connect it to my 8TB G-Raid. Vain. I use a CalDigit TB3+ Dock for ALL peripherals, a Thunderbolt cable to connect to a 2020 16" MacBook Pro and nothing. I use the cable they gave me. I paid $200 for TB3 ports and they will not even mounted. The disc doesn't even spin. It's like they're just holes in the chassis that don't even connect together inside. I took everything out, just plugged the drive DIRECTLY into the MacBook, nothing. Wonderful. Now must I'm dealing with uploading and returning 10TB of footage.
