I ordered these spoons because my old set, although made of stainless steel and with perfectly flat tips for easy leveling of the knife, doesn't go more than halfway. large containers. They fit and because I use them so often the custom sizes come in very handy. I also ordered the regular sizes and practiced them well. They are well marked with easy to read labels and, like my old set, have perfectly flat tops with no edges or burrs to hinder movement. Alignment when accurate measurements are required. I gave it one star because unlike my old set the labels are printed on the handle and not die cut. Otherwise 5 stars and good value for money.
