Light does not save last state when using wall control

I had high hopes when I dared to invest in these lights. Those expectations were shattered. Those lights were nothing but pain. I installed them on my soffit in front of my house. I had to stand next to each light to install it because it wouldn't show up anywhere else. Some lights were always showing offline even if they were less than 10ft from the nearest light. I had to go outside with my phone and stand by a light to make changes. hits the target. Obtaining mesh light sources that do not interfere with each other. I contacted the support team through the Hao Deng app. Then I found that the displays did not remain in their last state even though I made the changes to the application recommended by the application support team. I set some of the lights to color and others to white with 30% brightness. After a few hours (2-3) all displays automatically switch to white light with 100% brightness without making any changes or switching off the power supply. I also bought some of these for our bedroom and these lights even turned on by themselves. Evil. The support team (after waiting days for an email response) stated that the reason the lights weren't communicating with each other (offline) was because my headlights were metal and they were Bluetooth Low Energy acted. "Not as strong as the Wi-Fi signal." It would be great to get this information sooner Week after the last post was If you're just looking for a light that just goes white and that's it then that's fine but you really shouldn't be looking at those types of lights when starting out for this reason If If you're looking for lights to create a pattern and keep that look every time they turn on and stay that way, then look elsewhere, I repeat, they don't store the last state there, they automatically switch to a default state, brightness and Technology are great when they did what they were supposed to do like the grid I took a chance and burned myself having to cut the outlet for my particular situation I can ni don't return it once. UPDATE: I have contacted the support team who are working hard to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the problem persists. It was determined that the wall control panels were the source of the problem. They cause lights to randomly change brightness/color and don't save their last state. Firmware updates did not fix the problem. I removed the panels and the lighting worked fine. Now I have useless panels in holes in the walls.
