3 month update 10/25/22: Mine also stopped working mid-cook like everyone else. I wrote the manufacturer since it was out of the 90- day Revain policy. They were very kind about sending a replacement. Customer service is 5- stars. That said, I have no delusion that this one will also stop working since they replaced with the exact same model. When it works, it works great. until it doesn't. And I highly doubt they'll just keep sending out free replacements.2 months update 9/16/22: Still going strong! Just last night I "grilled" some chicken in it. The grill setting has grown on me but I pretty much just air fry everything. At this point, I'll only update if it goes out.1 month update 8/13/22: Air fryer still operating fantastically and use it almost daily. The "grill" feature isn't my favorite compared to a regular grill but it still works well.2 week update: Still working great and have used it at least 1-2 times a day, everyday.I have two other 26qt air fryers but one is on the fritz and I cook for a lot of people so I got this one. Compared to the other two, this one is about $70 and $100 more expensive.My favorite feature is how well the doors open and that the rotisserie spins perfectly. The other two have this feature but it doesn't work as well as this one. The air fryer makes an absolutely FLAWLESS crust on the stuffed peppers, chicken and shrimp I've tried thus far.It toasts bread quickly and bakes/roasts vegetables well.To use the rotisserie, you have to turn it on air fry then select "chicken." The rotisserie will automatically start spinning.Bacon was also perfect!What I don't care for: The on/off button requires two fingers to operate and it won't work at all if the doors are open. This is irritating. I can turn my others off regardless if the door is open or not. The doors will also slam shut on you if they aren't opened all the way. This could be a safety issue.I'm still leery of all the other reviews that say this stops working after a month or so. I plan to run this multiple times a day during the 30-day return window to see what happens because, frankly, $300+ is a lot of money for something that'll crap out in that short amount of time. For this price, it should last several years. I will update if any of these things occur.
