Works with my 8-port Ubiquiti (plus 2 SFP ports) 150W PoE switch, but I'm not happy with it getting so warm/hot (and therefore seeming to be wasting power). It's only gigabit, so when gigabit gets that hot, I can't imagine how hot 10GB transceivers must be. Is this normal for all gigabit transceivers? I may update this review but only 3 stars for now until I figure out why it's running so warm/hot. The /hot temps of these modules are ok, so I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars. I won't be using this module at the moment as I can use the regular RJ45 port on my switch for uplink, but if I ever need to use all PoE ports on my switch I will use this module to create an additional uplink RJ45 port.
