I have an Nvidia Shield set-top box. The board scolded me. I hate that it doesn't have physical buttons and the internal battery isn't easy to replace, so I ordered a new Android USB remote. The remote comes with a small dongle that plugs into a USB port but requires line of sight. The NVIDIA graphics card is tucked away on the back of the TV cabinet and the USB ports are on the back, so I used this cable to wrap it around the back and face the front of the box. Now my new remote works great!
