Good experience working together over video

We use it to do remote support for our customers, which is very important in this business! It was easy enough so that all of my colleagues could work with us remotely without any difficulties at first glance. The program does not have as many options or features compared to other platforms we used before (such as Cisco AnyConnect). And sometimes there are problems when connecting via VPN due to technical issues. But these can be solved if you're able to solve them yourself by using Google-fu - just give up trying and contact your provider who should help fix those things right away instead of waiting weeks until they get back an answer from their internal team. Remote desktop connection between multiple clients/employees across different offices / locations where employees usually don't meet face to face anymore but still need access to each others computers. Using AirConsole allows me to connect directly into.

Pros
  • Fast loading times.
  • High quality video screen capture while I'm connected through VNC viewer app over WiFi network,
  • This means less hassle getting hold off new server licensing cost altogether because every user needs own license anyway..(although some users will probably never pay anything ever)
