We use it to do remote support for our customers, which is very important in this business! It was easy enough so that all of my colleagues could work with us remotely without any difficulties at first glance. The program does not have as many options or features compared to other platforms we used before (such as Cisco AnyConnect). I love how easy it is to use, especially for my beginner users who are not very tech savvy!
