I like that it is very easy to install, configure and use compared with other similar products out there in terms of price as well. You can also monitor your fleet from anywhere using this product which makes life easier for you especially when working remote or traveling around different locations within an organization's network infrastructure. The UI could be improved but not much at all considering how simple its interface actually looks so far. It has been great dealing with support team over chat whenever i have any issues regarding my server installation/configuration etc. They are always willing & ready to help me solve problems related to air console enterprise cloud solution even if they don't know exactly what problem am facing right now!
