Good quality. Made from vinyl. Drill tires are ideal. The hoop hits the ground, so I'm thinking of sewing the bottom in about 1/2 inch or so so it doesn't touch the ground. Not sure if it will rain if the floor gets wet when mold shows up (that's why I can raise it about 1/2 inch). Otherwise I'm happy with it. I also got a black spare wheel cover for free. It fits perfectly. It was a nice touch. Thank you, explore the earth. Save me the purchase. I highly recommend these tyres. I previously bought another brand and immediately sent it back. The quality was terrible. Thank god for that.
