I've recently replaced my old kettle with a Chefman kettle, looks fantastic straight away. The features take a little getting used to, but the tea-warming feature is great. The included teapot and mini filter are perfect combinations, and the included guide for different brewing times and temperatures for different types of tea is great. While the touchscreen looks smooth, it's unresponsive and I've already noticed that the + button doesn't work most of the time. The metal at the bottom of the kettle, where the heating element is located, has also started to discolour after just a few uses. These issues are not insurmountable, but they are annoying since it is a brand new machine. However, I am generally happy with the product and would recommend it if you enjoy brewing a lot of tea.
