1. Easy to use interface (the app). 2. Great support team, fast response. 3. Flexible and can be configured as required. 4. I love the reporting capabilities! 5. The main reason I chose SV3 was because it provided a real business benefit - my employees were happy! My business partner was very impressed with how he could see who came into our building, and who did not. This made him happy because he knew when his staff had earned their paychecks. 6. Love the customization options for the GUI. 7. Can be scaled to meet any business requirement. 8. Highly recommended!

- When trying to add an additional line of code to a program the developer cannot make the necessary changes to make the program work with multiple databases.
- They did not even know what I was talking about!
