My daughter is 10 years old and wears a size 2.5-3. I bought her these 3.5 boots and they fit her perfectly. She walked with us along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu without any problems. She also loves the color and the velcro meant no one had to wait to lace her up and she was able to join in without falling behind. We didn't get a chance to break it in so she used it new and was able to walk 10 straight hours without getting blisters.
