This is the second massage gun we have received and it is a little "cheaper" but seems to work just as well as the more powerful models. You will not receive any case other than the box which has a plastic shell. There are four tools in the kit that are among the typical tools you see and they all work perfectly. The power supply has a RED/GREEN LED that shows the charging status when you connect it to the gun. It also lights up when the adapter is not connected to the wall. There's a single power button that toggles between off and six speeds. If you want to slow it down, you have to select all speeds to go back to slower ones. It's a little louder and maybe a little less powerful than the other ones we have, but it does a great job of getting the job done. and if you're feeling tight in your upper back muscles and haven't tried any of these, then you're in luck. For most applications you will need a partner to use it by itself. An acceptable product at a good entry-level price for people wondering if a massage gun is right for them.
