Press looks like it was dropped in it's China Factory!

Should be no stars! Opened the box and the item foam was cracked, 1st indication. Took the foam out and the electronics unit was laying over the side, it look like it took a fall in China. This is the quality you get with a cheaper price. God forbid if you needed warranty service on it. These retailers should be removed from the Best Buy website. JUNK, BOAT ANCHOR, and USELESS!
