open wires. Water can get inside the LED

This is a decent lightbar and good brightness BUT it has bare wires which allows water to get in through holes behind the LED boxes. I fixed it with silicone to keep water out. I don't know why the manufacturer didn't add an extra clear box to block all the light, or at least some extra waterproof covers to avoid this problem. I would love to buy a similar competitor with a design that has NO VISIBLE wires. But I need light for my work and silicone covering the holes should be fine. Will buy from another seller with a better design when I have time.
