Review on Efficiently Remove BMX Freewheels with Park Tool's Specialized Remover by Jay Kenville

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent freewheel puller; Just make sure you pick the right one for your ratchet

This ratchet puller is great and I've used it a few times but beware! You need to get a puller that fits your freewheel. The most annoying thing is that there are so many different tools for so many different freewheels. So you need to get the right one. Please note that this tool is not only used on BMX bikes. Some single speed mountain bikes also use this puller if you have a single speed freewheel. So I've found that the best way to remove a stuck freewheel is to put the tool in a vise and then spin the whole wheel, which gives you a lot more leverage. This makes it very easy to remove the freewheel. When reinstalling the freewheel, it is simply screwed in and the retaining ring removed with a puller.

Pros
