I've bought several of these over the past year for my multi-camera video system. The latter seems a little less flashy than the others, although the settings are exactly the same as the others and the mounting thread is metric rather than the industry standard 1/4-20. I've had better luck with an almost identical device sold under a different brand for around the same price.
