The best part about this software has to be how easy it makes scheduling guards with different shifts possible without having someone in charge constantly checking up on everyone's work schedule. There are times where I forget that some people aren't working their scheduled hours but there isn’t much you can do at those points except hope they remember soon enough or get into an argument over who works when. It helps keep track of all your schedules so if anyone forgets something (like not being home before curfew), then we know right away what needs fixing as well as any other issues which may arise from forgetting things like time off days.
