HORRIBLE packaging. The instructions are really bad.
A pair of bottom brackets are missing due to poor packaging. Hmm, yes, as others have said, the instructions are a joke. I'm still considering whether the installation and the effort is worth it. I consider myself pretty skilled, but damn the directions are bad. The packaging and subsequent loss of these two brackets make me think about the value of the product. Again, I'm glad I know how to work and I can probably craft the necessary parts, but that shouldn't have been necessary to begin with.
