Erbology is a firm that promises the world with their concentration on natural and organic products, but they fall short when it comes to delivering on those claims. Their range of groceries and gourmet foods is underwhelming, and the same can be said about their vitamins, minerals, and other supplements; nothing there is worth raving about. Their herbal supplements and mushrooms are so innocuous that they might as well be sugar pills, and their website is just as boring as their products. It's a shame that the customer support crew is inept and takes an eternity to answer because they really could use all the assistance they can get at this point.
