I love how much detail MarginEdge collects on every aspect of our business. I use it to track the business day to day, from sales to labor to payroll to expenses. It's a great tool for keeping track of all the business finances. The interface is fairly simple and intuitive, but is not easy to navigate on a phone. I would say that the customer service is really good, but it's not always easy to communicate with a live person. Sometimes it seems like they can't always help you answer questions directly. Make sure you can be proactive about setting up alerts for when something is missing or when things are going wrong. It's a great tool for a restaurant owner to keep on top of their business. I like how easy it is to set up alerts and track the business. It also helps that the software is very intuitive. It's a great way to keep track of our business finances. It's easy to use.
