Pretty. Works fine for me.
They are really nice compared to the phone's standard metal plate. The diameter is slightly larger than others I've had. That's no problem for my phone case. My daughter has a kickstand on the back of her phone and needs a smaller plate. The glue is ok but I glued it directly to the old board as I used Gorilla glue to attach it to the case. In my cases, I've found that none of the included adhesives work with textured phone cases.
