So I bought two of these monitors as I expected them to be low quality but after a week of using them and working 24/7 they worked great. I mainly use them to connect Windows 10 computers and they work pretty well and the touchscreen works out of the box too. The only downside to the monitor's size is that you can't use the touchscreen if you have such large fingers. The power is too low and not enough if you have a desktop as the cable is about 1ft long so the range is very short. To solve this problem, you need to buy a USB extension cable. The next issue I found (and didn't bother me since I'm not holding the screen) is that the back of the monitor is bare. The board is displayed and I would like to note that I am comfortable touching it with wet hands or having liquids nearby. I also found this monitor very useful.
