I'm a bit lazy and don't usually bother to exfoliate my lips (although most of the time they REALLY need to). I came across this Sara Happ Let's Glow lip scrub and lip gloss duo and decided to give it a try. Oh god I think I'm addicted. You could actually use it as a mirror if you didn't have it handy). I use my finger to get a small amount of scrub (it's quite a lot) and rub it back and forth and in a circular motion over my lips. The scrub has an odor and taste; Let's face it, some of this will go off your lips like brown sugar, so it's lovely! Aside from the sugar grains, it has an oily, almost honey-like texture that helps keep your lips hydrated as you exfoliate. I was very impressed with this scrub. I wash off the residue with water and apply lip gloss. The gloss is really thick, a little sticky, but VERY moisturizing and lasts quite a long time on the lips. It is not ideal for eating or drinking while wearing as it is very sticky and will leave a sticky layer on cups or glasses. I use it more as part of my nightly routine before relaxing for the night. I absolutely LOVE the scent of this gloss. It has some very natural notes that I can't identify and a faint spiciness that reminds me of cloves; this is by far my favorite gloss, despite its thickness. love love love! Even for the price I would highly recommend this lip set and it would make a great gift for a friend of yours. I've tried a few other Sara Happ products and definitely prefer this set over others.
