I use them for light fastening jobs in hard to reach places. I drive it with either a hand ratchet wrench or a small cordless screwdriver. It drives all standard bits and sockets. Given its price I'm pretty sure it doesn't have expensive, high quality hardened steel parts. I wouldn't expect it to last forever in harsh, heavy-duty environments. I own three of these.
