I really needed a good support chair, I've worn out my office chair and feel so uncomfortable. This folding desk chair with lumbar support was adequate and the support at their company was really nice and helpful. I put it together in 20 minutes, it comes with tools, the only thing I had trouble with was the wheels at the base of the platform. They didn't fit completely in the holes and fell out. I emailed the support team and the lovely lady Lily was really helpful with photos and videos. I still had time with the rollers and used some Vaseline on the outside, they went in immediately with a little pressure and worked as they should. I really like that I can fold it up and put it in the closet and also raise my hands when I don't want to use it, it's convenient but I still need a bottom pillow but I think it's very durable and will You like a few more years.
