Not that heavy for men
I bought this because it was advertised as a heavy sweatshirt. He was more of average weight, not that heavy. I bought the large and may have had to go for the X-Large because I wear clothes underneath and it gets a bit tight. I'm 6ft 1in and about 180lbs so you can use that as a reference. It's a good sweatshirt though
