I give this set 3.5 stars. I have a mocha color with yellow undertones and needed a palette with darker colors that would go well with my skin tone. That. OK. The darkest shade could definitely be darker and the middle shade didn't even show on my skin. The highlights are shiny as hell so I'm definitely not going to use this particular set during the day, but it looks great at night. Caucasian homies because they rarely use flash when taking photos and I'm tired of looking like polka dots with eyes in every.one.picture. maybe a bit too much for a daytime look. I could tell it might not be dark enough for me based on pictures left by some black women who didn't strike me as overly contoured so I almost didn't buy it but I'm glad I did , because it's a decent set in a pinch and hasn't broken me yet. I've included a night shot in a dark room so you can get an idea of how brilliant this set is.
