The problem with the spinner. It's hard to get support. Worked fine for a month and a half. I use very rarely and do not load. I'm very careful with that. I've had others that lasted longer than this one. It smells hot if you use it for more than one charge. It seems that for some reason it draws water under the bait and then does not spin at high speed, so it is useless. I can put three pairs of socks in a spinner and turn it on and almost nothing spins. Vivo Home wants me to send a video about the problem. It's quite difficult to get them to smell through the video, and when you open the spinner it shuts itself off as a safety mechanism. This makes it almost impossible to film how fast it spins. I don't like the company that does this at all. Washes normally, but the spinner is garbage.
