It toasts evenly in ovens and toasters
I have had the same Proctor-Sil toaster since 1982. This NOVETE toaster works great. You need to prime it before use (use it high without anything in it). I particularly like the fact that you can warm up without getting hard. I also love that it has a cancel button that lights up when you're toasting something. You don't have to lift the handle to grab a toast, bagel or English muffin. It fits so you can take it and not burn your fingers.
