I installed this around my 85 inch TV which was hanging a few feet over the wall above the grand staircase. At first I thought it was cool and I really enjoyed playing with all the features (the colors are nice). Then I noticed that when the TV is off, the light keeps going on and off. Tried changing all sorts of settings and couldn't fix it. I contacted support and they immediately insisted it was a TV and advised me to check the USB port. The TV is compatible - I checked before buying the light. Now I can't take them off without calling a special company to buy me a ladder to fit the big ladder. I managed to turn them off because the flickering was driving everyone crazy (especially at night). While the light and the app that controls it are good, the flickering will make you want to bring it back. I wish I had known before installing the TV.
