The first toothbrush head I used out of the box fell off pretty badly when connected to the handle. Eventually it started rattling and I noticed rust dripping from the bottom as I rinsed it. I assumed it was because I dropped it and knocked something out. The second one from the package pictured above didn't fall off, but it fell apart anyway and rusted on the inside. horror! The old Phillips toothbrush heads were fine. But these new ones (BrushSync) are totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could. Time to find a new brand of toothbrush.
