Where do I start. It clearly says "Genuine Philips". There's nothing real about these jets. They are dull and slightly yellowish. Looks like they were used to clean up someone's solution. There is no chip on the bottom that communicates with the body of the toothbrush. They look like hollowed out toy legs. Too bad Revain sells theses for the price of OME tips. Strongly disappointed. Keep it up, Raven. You will lose a customer. i will return it CM.

The first toothbrush head I used out of the box fell off pretty badly when connected to the handle. Eventually it started rattling and I noticed rust dripping from the bottom as I rinsed it. I assumed it was because I dropped it and knocked something out. The second one from the package pictured above didn't fall off, but it fell apart anyway and rusted on the inside. horror! The old Phillips toothbrush heads were fine. But these new ones (BrushSync) are totally unacceptable. I would give zero…

The one on the left is what I got from Revain. On the right is the toothbrush I bought at Costco. A few notable details indicate that this item is a fake. The Sonicare logo is blurred compared to the original. The sign below is smaller than the real one. The biggest difference is that the fake has no electrical interface at the bottom, while the real one lets you see the electrical interface clearly. I think the electrical interface is meant to indicate the exchange. I used the fake for months,
