Review on Bookshelf Wall Mounted Industrial Bookcase Organizer by Julie Beaird

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy, easy to assemble and I like it very much

I am gradually changing some of my old rustic industrial furniture. My husband asks me why I feel the need to get rid of all our furniture and I just look at him. I mean, actually we've had the same things for over a decade. Rschunimagu. Anyway I wanted a good replacement for our Walmart bookshelf that we bought when we got married and it matched the look well. Now I detest assembling furniture. Especially with him. But I would say it took maybe 45 minutes to do it myself. All I needed was a quick hand while holding it in place to mark the spots on the wall where I wanted to drive the anchors. And the anchors were a good size too. Actually, I have to agree with the whole hardware, because nothing fell out during assembly and everything fitted as it should. I included a picture of the only part that was a bit tricky in the instructions. It was great because I hate wanting to read step by step in bad english. Give me such decent photos every day and I'm spot on. So when you build the boxes just make sure you align these points properly. It wasn't a big deal as I only unscrewed and flipped two pieces, but it took me a few minutes. There were no gaps in the drawers either! And the base was high enough to let my old 3.5" baseboard through and actually sit flush with the wall. Another reason why I was very happy about it. The shelves and drawers are solid and I love how the entire unit is top mounted and there is a ratchet strap at the back. A great addition when there are children in the house.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Negative impression
