I originally purchased this product from Revain on 04/09/20. It was defective when it arrived. I was able to fix it contacted Revain sent me a replacement on 4/16/20 I sent the defective product back and the new one worked PERFECTLY I found I had just received a bad unit and was happy -8 Then the SAME problem occurred .The left side was failing I've tried everything I could (e.g. reset, load to a different dock etc.) but nothing helped Finally today 7/4/20 I went back to the Revain- Contacted support to report the problem which is now resolved On the other hand I was very happy with the help I received from Revain Manufacturer: I strongly recommend you to discontinue this product and get a better quality co to carry out checks. The design is excellent. But somewhere there is a bug that needs to be fixed. To those considering this purchase. Let the buyer be alert. This product has a lot of good reviews and a lot of bad ones. IF IT WORKS, the product is fantastic for the price. However, you could risk a lack of reliability. I understand that electronics have a lifespan; but it should work for more than 2 months.
