Crema Not Thick, Breville - Best Choice
I bought this machine to replace a Breville Nespresso machine that was taking up more counter space so I could compare directly. Breville's Nespresso machine produced a much thicker crema and tasted better than this DeLonghi machine. For green coffee pods, Breville's crema was almost two inches thick, while DeLonghi's was barely half that thick. I suspect Breville spins the cases faster and with more force, or at least that's what it sounds like. The Breville coffee was denser while the DeLonghi coffee was noticeably flatter.
