Don't trust the Turks with your towels
Turkish cotton bath towels madam. I've been to Turkey, traveled all over the world, spent some time in Istanbul and have never come across so-called "Turkish Cotton" that's worth the money. Maybe it's just hype and nothing special about it? I don't know but these towels should have been returned to sender. After one wash, they began to unravel. Yes, they were soft, but they didn't absorb moisture well enough to be worth the money. I think I'll stick with Turkish coffee and Turkish delight!
