WARNING! Lippert Componets 369552 is actually a 25 step with a 7" drop. The catalogs from Revain and several other retailers are wrong. I had to call Lippert Componets to make sure part #369552 was what I needed and wanted. It is not a 24 stride, and it is not a 25 stride with an 8" drop. Revain and others, please fix your catalogs and websites. My wife could not manage the existing 4 inclines from floor to inner floor of the cart, each varying from 10 to 12 inches. The cutout in the bus body for the existing single exterior running board had to be enlarged for the new three tier unit (body). The old stage's lower steel frame had to be cut out and a new taller frame installed to support the new stage (metalworking and welding). Inside, the existing single step was replaced with two steps (woodwork, carpet walls, and rubber steps). Now all stair treads are less than 7 inches and my wife can handle them. They appear to be factory fitted and work very well. We are very happy with the results. Why wasn't it built that way from the start? That's the real question: How many young people who can easily climb stairs that high will buy a $196,000 RV?
