I can't explain how hard it is to find something that ACTUALLY fits my 2.2 lb teacup Yorkie. This adorable sweatshirt finally fits perfectly! I agree that the neck is a bit small. However, it stretches well when pulled over the head. Then it fits fine when it's on. I actually think that's a big advantage! One of the problems with my fur baby is that [with all the other outfits I've bought for her before] when she tries to walk, her front paws slip out of the front sleeves and then go through the neckline. Because of this, she will either come out all the way, or worse, stick one front foot in the front sleeve and the other in the nape of her neck. Once put on, this sweatshirt stays in place as intended and hasn't slipped out yet. It also doesn't wrap tightly around her neck at all when it's on! I can't recommend it enough! It fits perfectly, seems to keep you warm and is very stylish! My fur baby currently weighs 2.2 pounds and usually ranges from 2.2 to 2.5 pounds. I tried so hard NOT to order XXS for her because everything I've ever bought for her from XXS was still too loose. However, according to the size chart for this product, 2.2 pounds would be the upper limit of the recommended weight range for the XS, while 2.5 pounds would be the lower limit for the little ones. I chose the XS and held my breath until it arrived but it was perfect! Be sure to use the weight ranges in the size chart for reference. If I were to order an XXS for her, it would no doubt be too small!
