This safety vest is great for people who walk, walk, jog or run while exercising or cycling. Adjustable in both length and waist, it stretches to fit even over thick winter sweaters and jackets. At night, in the red reflection of the car's taillights, the entire vest front and back is bright orange; in the headlight of the car, the entire vest is silvery white. Ideal for outdoor security at dusk or at night. Before putting on the belt for the first time, it is recommended to stretch the belt as much as possible so that it goes over the shoulders and around the waist. This, along with the stretch, allows the belt to go over sweaters and heavy jackets and be at the waist rather than across the chest like some other body armor. I am a 5'8" female and my male neighbor is 5'11" and this harness fits both of us comfortably. It is very easy to put on and take off. Untie two sides at waist; put your head through the center hole so the long sides are behind you and the clips are in front of your waist; Then wrap each side to secure at the waist. Make sure the belt is straight and not twisted at the shoulders or waist. To remove, simply open both sides at the waist and pull the strap over your head. Once you do it, you will have no problem putting it on or taking it off. I highly recommend this life jacket. Good value for money. Well made and durable.
