Review on iMangoo by Luis Mercado

Recently, I placed an order with iMangoo for a phone case and a set of headphones, but sadly, I was really dissatisfied with the results. First of all, my item didn't arrive for almost two weeks due to the horrendously sluggish shipping. When it did, I was unhappy to see that the phone case was shoddy constructed and didn't properly fit my phone. The earbuds didn't fit my ears very well and had poor sound quality. I contacted iMangoo's customer service department, but they were unreachable and useless. It took me several tries to even receive a response, and even then they wouldn't provide me any advice or a refund. I was forced to utilize a subpar product that I was unable to use. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to use iMangoo. A difficult and unsatisfactory experience is had as a result of their late shipping, poor product quality, and unhelpful customer care. If you want top-notch gadgets and accessories, look elsewhere.
