Holds vinyl very well. I used Oracle 651. I read to use high. This is high stickiness. Takes vinyl very well. It won't let go easily. We even got it dirty by rubbing clothes and everything. Then he releases some spots and not others. I can't reuse it because I have to tear or cut it so it releases the vinyl in small pieces. It pulls the vinyl up and creates air bubbles. Attempting to put a decal on a vinyl wrapped car will pull the vinyl off the car. I give 5 stars for the clutch because it sticks. It just doesn't solve well. Also cannot be reused.
