The quality is good but the decor can fly off.

It's long enough and stretches enough to be worn over the head so it works pretty well. The only downside is that the face of the moon comes off easily. It goes right back in, but I'm afraid I'll accidentally pull it out and drop it without realizing it. Otherwise good quality product.
