I bought this video doorbell because it looked good on the wall and felt like a good product. Six months later, I'm so disappointed in the product and the company's support that I'm just throwing it away and writing it off as an experience. The price was over $200 and it's not worth $50. First, the case is plastic and looks cheap. The main body is attached to the back plate via a cheap flimsy tab with a non-working set screw. When I tried to remove or loosen the set screw it wouldn't move and when I pulled slightly to remove the case it broke rendering the entire product unusable. The little sensor you see under the lens just cracked and eventually broke after a few months. I tried calling the company and because I bought it from Revain they didn't honor the one year warranty. I am so disappointed in Skybell that I will never buy their products again and will advise against it to everyone I know. If you don't want to waste your money, don't buy this product.
