I mix a heaping tablespoon of this mix into almond milk with pumpkin pie spice (I use a milk frother to mix). SUPER DELICIOUS PSL! Amazingly warm. Also on ice a very tasty pleasure in the hot months. It gives me energy, helps with insomnia, and while it's too early to tell, it seems like it could bring my hair back from gray to my natural color. Just take a look. As other reviewers have said, I would vote to remove the silica. Also, I think it's a great product and a great way to get the organic minerals we need.
