Review on Alfred by Ruben Jamrock
Alfred is a productivity app that lets you search the web, create reminders, and send emails.
We're big fans of Alfred. We've used it for years, and when we needed help with new functionality (say, doing the bulk exporting of saved searches), we'd reach out to them and they'd usually get back to us within 24 hours. Their pricing is fair and straightforward. It's also pretty easy to find a good combination of features for your specific use case. I wish there was an option to import data from other services like Zapier or Google Sheets instead of just importing plain text files. Also, as far as emailing goes, you don't always know if something has been read/opened until much later than you would expect. If only it could automatically forward emails so that they were sent to another address! That said, this tool really does make my life easier -- which makes using its free tier worthwhile.
