I ordered two of these - one for each grandma for Christmas. Both grannies are in their 80's and have enough 'things' so it was a pretty safe bet, at least I thought so. Each tree came in its own box with thick zip ties holding everything to the cardboard. This tree is THIN and the leaves seem to snap off easily. You will need a Phillips screwdriver for assembly. All frames on both trees were damaged. Each of them has a characteristic "cut" or "cut". The glass front of the frame is NOT glass - it's a brittle plastic that attracts dust and pet hair. I ordered purse sized photos of old family photos, fill in these trees, but the edges of the frames are so thick they cover most of the photo. If there is only one person in your photo who is right in the middle of the photo, then everything is fine. If there are two or more people in the photo, or if it's a close-up of one person, this won't work. It would be nice to be able to hang them vertically or horizontally, but you only have the vertical option. , making framing and posting "group shots" impossible.
