My dog likes them but difficult to clean

My dog loves to rub these gloves. They collect a lot of hair, but are difficult to remove. The video suggested the water would wash away the hair, but it didn't work. Our portable little vacuum cleaner does the job best, but it really only fixes the problem because it's difficult to get hair out of its filter after you've cleaned it off your gloves.
