Keep in mind! It works, but it's bitter and not tasty.

I chose this product because of its natural look. I read the mixed reviews and decided to give it a try. It's not "tasty". It is bitter and abominable. I have blackberry flavor. However, I will say that I didn't have the tremors that I had in the previous pre-workout. I will finish this container but will have to think about buying again. It's not a gag, it's just not what I expected. So bitter.
